Dinner attire vs theme attire question

Postby poolside » Mon Jun 12, 2017 6:16 pm

First timers here trying to plan outfits for each night... Do people typically roll their dinner and theme outfit into one or does everybody change after dinner into their more revealing theme outfit? I would imagine dinner is covered and sexy and theme is a lot more revealing and possible missing key pieces of clothing? Is this a correct assumption for us first timers?

I've seen both. For us dinner attire and theme attire are usually a separate thing, mainly for logistical reasons.

That's generally correct although as noted, there are no hard and fast rules. If your theme-wear leans towards "over the top", you are probably going to be less likely to want to have a nice dinner in it. A full mesh body suit might feel weird to eat soup in.

That doesn't mean however, that your dinner wear needs to be tame. Sheer tops, deep plunging necklines, sideboob, all that is "in play". In fact, they will provide a towel to sit on to separate a bare ass from the dinner chair.

We look at the difference as classy-slutty for dinner, slutty-slutty for disco. And we personally are tending to do less of the theme-specific stuff and just carry the classy-slutty over to the dance floor. A classy-slutty dinner dress hiked up above her waist all of a sudden becomes slutty-slutty - with no additional packing!!! Win-win!

I second that I've seen both. But dinner can be very minimal dress. Sometimes the dinner clothes have been sheerer or smaller than the costume. Sometimes the other way around. It is an opportunity, in both cases, to wear stuff you could never wear in public if you so choose. Or you can go with plain, everyday dresses.

I'd say most women lean towards sexier wear and most men do their best to clean up their best for dinners.

Women have the enormous advantage of never looking inadequately at Desire, whatever they wear.
Once my wife's cleavage was so deep that during dinner both boobs were fully exposed. I was fascinated!
At other times she chooses to go with more standard clothes, although adding a more daring touch. For example unbuttoning almost completely a blouse.
The rule is: there are no rules.

Sexy slutty for dinner - then change into theme night - then G-string and heels for the Disco, no top.
We love looking together for super sexy attire for dinner. She generally asks if this outfit has enough fabric.
Theme night is similar - what can she wear that shows the most or is easy enough to take off.
The disco is easiest - what's a sexy cute G-string cuz that's all she's wearing.
We've never been able to figure out why so many people are fully dressed or close to it when they've been naked all day.
My wife loves the freedom of dancing topless and she's starting to think bottomless also. She feels even more sexy while dancing and gets lots of compliments.
Many people wanting to dance with her.

I never understood the need to have an outfit for dinner and an outfit for after dinner. Usually she looks so good i want to look at her for more than an hour and a half. Plus luggage space is a premium it seems like a waste of space to have two outfits and shoes for one night.

Depends on the outfit, for example sitting for dinner in a tight sexy corset isn't necessarily the most comfortable of things.

Although, generally for me at least, most of my outfits are so small that they can all fit in my yeti cup. I do like having two outfits for the evening myself. I usually have a nicer, classier outfit for dinner and then my balls to walls, everything hanging out outfits for the club. I seriously don't think I would be comfortable at dinner in some of my club outfits.

We're much the same way....many of my club outfits leave nothing or very little to the imagination. I prefer to be just a bit more modest at dinner with a bit more of a classy, sexy vibe.

We are heading to Pearl at the end of this month for the first time. My wife has separate outfits for dinner and theme nights. Most of her dresses for dinner are see through and extremely short (barely covering her ass) and she's not planning on wearing anything underneath. This is our first time to a resort like this so she's going with outfits that she would never be able to wear otherwise. I'm assuming by the multiple searches that we've done on this site that her outfits will be okay for dinner. :US

You assume correctly. We've always found such outfits fun for guests and servers alike  Also helps improve the already fantastic service :D
