Daniel, the awesome bartender, told us they brought them because they were concerned - they weren't even top shelf stuff. We've never had a problem but we do bring our own wines because we love good wine and can't bring ourselves to pay $200 for a $40 bottle. In our experience, all the alcohol has been totally safe.

There is an additional cost to order a bottle of wine for dinner at the restaurants versus by the glass?

If you order anything other than the house wine, you pay for sure. You can have as much of the house wine as you want - problem for us is, we're kind of really into wine so we get pulled into the wine list every time even though we swear we won't do it again!
