Diamond swim up rooms

Can anyone clarify a couple of things about these high end swim up rooms before we book. They have their own pool and swim up bar. Is the access and use of this pool exclusive to the people in the swim up suites and their guests or can it be accessed by others?
If it’s exclusive, do they actually man the swim up bar for only three rooms? Or is it maybe only manned on request for parties or special occasions ?
Can anyone who has stayed in one of these Diamond Suites give us their view of them - pros and cons?

We stayed in the very first one in the corner and the while the bar is for diamond, it is not exclusively for the swim up suites. We regularly had people hanging around at that bar and then occasionally even coming right up to our room (uninvited a bunch of times). It was more than we hoped for really. We view the room as a time for us and those we invite to come over, not for anyone who's grabbing a drink.

BTW, when we were last there, enforcement of the Diamond status was not very good for that area, either.

We thought it was just too much having all those people in our "pool" so only stay in diamond jacuzzi (same room profile, but upstairs) nowadays.
