Sea Adventure Resort & Waterpark???

I just had a customer satisfaction survey from Sea Adventure Resort & Waterpark in Cancun, but the email domain is Original Resorts (that I seem to remember are behind Desire)

Since I've never stayed there and the good folks at Desire do have this email address, are they sharing my details or is this a disguised way of getting feedback about Desire? :roll:

Sea Adventure Resort & Waterpark is owned by Original Resorts as is Desire - the marketing for all the resorts owned by Original Resorts comes out of just the one office (and in IMHO that marketing dept is really lax on what targeted marketing is all about - lol)

Thanks - it's a bit dumb because they gove you a "password" to enter then ask for a load of stuff like name & email address which they must already have because they sent me the password.

Even if I DID stay there I wouldn't bother getting past screen 1 if they can't manage to pull in my details to make it as easy as possible for me

Remember the whole point of what social networking and marketing depts do is to get you to their website and make some clicks for them - that way they can justify their existence and salaries to senior management - it has nothing to do with efficiency or good customer service - lol

I was thinking it could be a code name for desire. There was a sea there.. Some water... And it was an adventure. Not to mention the fact that I went on some wild rides there...lol...

Anyone know if it's still owed by Original? We were considering a family trip but looks like the name has changed...

The property is still owned by Original Resorts but they have leased it to another group which is operating it, thus the name change
