March and April WIDE OPEN??

We're looking at options for a 4 day stay in March or April. Looking at the availability calendar, it looks like the hotel is never at capacity for a single day either month. We haven't been to Pear in 2 years. Has something changed? We don't want to go to an empty resort....

FYI - They changed their booking database format so the forum availability calendars are currently out of step - we are working to resolve the issue
