Facetime

Has anyone tried to use Apple's Facetime to keep in touch with family back home in the US or Canada? We’re curious to know how (if?) it works.

We used it last time we were there in April / May 2012. It worked well enough. There were certain spots around the room that didn't work so well. We found that standing outside on our balcony worked best.

I agree it worked well but best connection was outside the room. Just watch what's in the background, even in the rooms the art work (which i love) can make nosey kids and family curious about where your staying. Lol
