Room Requests

We are going to be in a Master Suite. Can anyone recommend a specific Master Suite? I'd also be curious as to your rationale.

We stayed in room 84 in December. It was a huge Master Suite with an awesome view over the beach, quiet end of the pool and the wharf. I would recommend that building "Estrella".
We are going back on Friday, if you want any other info, let us know

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we know exactly where we would like to request as we love the location from the maps being in the middle of the property and directly behind the pool just a few steps from the water out our back door would be a dream come true location lol lol.

We reserved a deluxe oceanview and would like the villa 31-43 directly behind the pool seems like it has several deluxw ov's we would like a ground floor.

If anyone might know a specific room # we could add to our request you have our many Thanks.

We liked room 84 in the Estrella building as it had the best ocean views, it had 2 balconies, one facing the wharf/pier and the other balcony view was up the beach and looking down on the quiet end of the pool. The bulding is basically right on the beach. Room 84 was on the 3rd floor.

We stayed in 16 which overlooks the hot tub. If you look at the picture from their web site with the view of the hot tub and its bar, the balcony of 16 is seen in the upper left. We never found the location to be noisy as other posts have suggested. This room is very close to the lobby bar and resturant. And it is a Master Suite.... Have fun!

Is it best to request a specific room via online express check-in which I believe you can do 15 days before your stay?

For our last few trips we have always used the express check in on line, within the 14 day period and, when we arrive, the check in is quick and easy, they have all the paperwork ready for you to sign and get you to your room in a very timely fashion. We always make general requests, on occasion we ask for a specific room at Desire RM, and we usually get it, maybe that's because it's in a 'less popular' area of the resort ( ) . We just find the express check in has worked for us. We'll see what happens for this trip to Pearl. Only 8 more sleeps!!
