Guest Service Manager

Maybe many of you already know but I just got word that we lost another great staff member Adriana the new/old Guest Services Manager. We didn't see her in action on her new roll but we met her back in 2009 and been friends well every time we saw her at the resorts. That sucks

Wow- Adriana only took the job in June or July. She did a great job for our group in September. Anyone know if she is still with the company- perhaps back in her old position ?
There has always been turnover in the Guest Services job- mostly attractive young single ladies, and some have ended up married with babies within a couple years- others have used the job as a stepping stone. But recently the timeline seems to be getting shorter. You do have to wonder why ?
