Construction at Restaurant

We took a walk down to RM from Pearl two days ago and noticed some extensive construction at the RM lunch restaurant. Does anyone have about the planned changes?

we were just there. It seems several of the roof supports were rotting and the roof was leaking. They replaced several large beams. I'm not sure if there were other changes going on. They did remove the weird orange tree trunk in the middle of the restaurant, which is good bc it was ugly.
