Pearl Renovations?

It has been just over a year since we were at Pearl, so we are wondering whether any renovations have taken place -specifically the talk of enclosing the lobby, filling in the pond, and improving or relocating the playroom?

The asian restaurant was moved from the patio outside of Pearl restaurant to the rooftop terrace above Aphrodite. Martini bar up there as well, I believe.

Came back three weeks ago and didn't see any construction.

I believe they extended the lobby just prior to our November 2014 trip (added on to the backside...almost to the pond)...but they had not closed it in at that time. I spoke with a staff member who said that he did not know of any plans to fill in the pond.
