attire and themed nights

This will be our first visit to Pearl and I was wondering about the themed nights. I saw on the website what they were but was wanting to know if they stay pretty consistent with them or do they change. Was just wanting to be prepared for some "fun" and not be rushed at the last minute to get some sexy items needed for the themed night events. Any information would helpful! Thanks!
