Hot Tub temperature

Hi all,

When we were visiting Pearl for the day in February, the hot tub was very cold during the day that day - super cold actually. Others at Riviera Maya where we staying told us it was cold on the days they visited as well - it warmed up later in the day but at 2 pm it was very cold. We were at Pearl the year before and it was never cold. We're going back to Pearl in December and are wondering if anyone who's been there since February can tell us if they've fixed this or is it still cold during the day?

We were at Pearl in April and would go at 4:00pm when it opened everyday. It was HOT every afternoon when we got there.

We were at Pearl Feb 11-14 and the Jacuzzi was HOT every day.

We were there Feb 24 to March 5 and went in the hot tub every day. On several days, we went in the hot tub early because the pool was a bit chilly for us and the hot tub was warm enough to go in at 1 pm when it opened and plenty hot by 4 pm.

On the topic of hot tub temperature, we are going to Pearl July 14 and I was wondering whether the "hottub" would actually not be hot since it will be brutally hot already outside and perhaps it has much cooler water in the summer? We have only been to mexico in the winter months and the pools would usually be a little too cold and a "hottub" would be welcome at times but I'm thinking not so much in July. Any info on this?

Dogma, we were there the third week of July last year and the hot tub temp was great. The water was hot but never to hot even with all the action that was going on!

Hi, we were there late March. Day 1 the jacuzzi was very warm but the rest of our stay it cooled a bit. I wonder if they're flushing the water periodically and, with that much water, the system needs some time to catch up.

Thanks everyone - great news. Love the vibe at Riviera but the hot tub at Pearl is amazing - can't wait for December to roll around.

We were there the first time in the summer and the hot tub temp was perfect - never too hot even on the scorching days.
