We've never done the sex dice thing. So let's say your dice says to suck on a body part, who's body part do you suck on?

There are already some great solutions offered to your question. I guess another could be the spouse of the one who rolled the dice makes the choice, which could be fun. I guess it could also be similar to a drinking game where the one who roles the dice has a choice of carrying out the command or drinking a shot, maybe Jello shot.
