Coupon Specifics- Please help!

We just returned from Desire Pearl for the first time and had an amazing trip! Maybe soon I'll put together a trip report that may show how AMAZING the trip was. However, if after a week there I could offer any suggestion to improve the resort it would be on their checkout service. I thought it was very slow and we didn't have a lot of time. I was convinced we were charged more than we should have been, but did not have the time to review the charges before our shuttle was to leave. It literally would have taken 30-45 min to properly check out. Anyways, what I need from someone is a picture or a list of the items that are on that first $500 coupon you receive for listening to their sales pitch. I can only seem to remember a couple items, like $150 off a couples massage, etc. I need help remembering the others. As soon as I can get this financial stuff off my brain, I can focus on remembering the VERY SEXY times!!

Just a FYI,

In general dealing with what your final balance and payment is really only counts during the physical checkout process at most resorts including Desire.
- once you have signed acceptance of your final balance charges and paid, it means that you have accepted the charges in your final balance which is why most CC companies won't step it if you decide to dispute the charges later.
- if there is a dispute, it's very difficult, if not impossible, to argue with afterwards from a distance

Sorry to hear about the woes during your check out . May I know how long is the sales pitch ? Trying to determine if its worth the time given that we will be there only for 3 full days .We are traveling for our 1st time in 2 weeks . Also, the coupon that you were ref to can it be used in the current trip or is it for future trips ?

Our checkout took 5 minutes and they billed us exactly what they should have for the massage with the discount for the sales pitch and some wine we had with dinner. I would recommend the sales pitch as the coupons are worth it if you want the spa services, lobster dinner, etc.
