Headed out tomorrow for Pearl. What's the biting bug status?

If anyone is there now, can you tell us how the bug situation is for this time of year at pearl? We were there last year at this time but cant remember... (hopefully that means we didnt get eaten alive... or it could just mean that we had such a good time, we don't remember! LOL)

Hey pd97 Take a small bottle of Listerine, a spray bottle, and some peppermint oil. When you get there, mix it together and you will have no problems !!!!

There last week. The bugs were a non issue !

Just got home Saturday and had no fewer than 20 large bites all over body that took 4 days to calm down. Been living on Benadryl! I only had 2 bites the first 6 days but then on the last night, I must have gotten bitten badly. I'm guessing it was from the palapas at the hot tub. Be prepared!
