How to contact hotel manager/front desk?

Does anyone have an email address and a phone number for the Pearl resort front desk and the manager? I called the number on the front webpage but it goes straight to the voicemail and it says the voicemail in full! I find it very unprofessional and difficult to get in touch with the hotel staff. Any contact info will be greatly appreciated.

You will probably have better luck emailing them rather than trying to telephone
