He is gone. I specifically asked for him when we were there last week, and was told that he now works at another resort (I can't remember which one).

Oh what a shame. 
He was was sooooo good. We bought a little gift for Javier junior who was born whilst we were there last year! Maybe we can give it to Victor and ask him to forward it on. 16 days and counting!
