Plunge Pool in Penthouses

Are they just pools, or are they heated? With Jet's?

Yes to both. It can be hit or miss. Having been a couple of times and experiencing several penthouses including our own it has been up/down on the heating. When you arrive tell your butler how you want your plunge pool as they are controlled outside your room. They are good about getting it the way you want.

Our experience was that it wasn't easy to get an "in between" temp on the pools. The heat was either all the way off and it was chilly, or it was on and awfully warm... Like 90ish. Like a cooled off tub.

We asked the butler to try to adjust it a couple times, but it was either just off or on for us. And we were happier with it on than off. Even in May and June (when we go) it can be chilly late at night in a cold pool.

Sounds like you guys were in Penthouse #8! At least that was what our pool in that one was like. We selected always on ourselves. There is a nice cool ocean breeze at night...some drinks...music....okay that was a mistake to think about while at work.

We love the first floor plunge pools/hottubs. If too hot or cold the staff can adjust temp for you.

We were in 18 twice and the plunge pool heated pretty well. Agree with above, communication with your butler is key to getting it just right. We like it like a hot tub so enjoyed the 90 something temp Makes for a great late night party!

We have been in 3 different penthouse, and like Goldilocks, one was too hot, one too cold and one just right (for us) at approximately 101 F. Terrific for the late night soaking with another couple.
