Similar to the answer to almost any question regarding either Pearl or RM the answer is, 'it depends'. Since that doesn't really help I will try to expand on this a bit.
During the day there is nudity around the pool and on the beach. Most people put on some kind of clothing when they leave the pool to walk back to the rooms but that will vary depending upon which building you are in. I have never seen anyone walking around the lobby area during the day nude although I imagine that probably happens from time to time.
People generally arrive at the pool wearing clothes and always put clothes on to enter the restaurants. For men at lunch time that is usually shorts, Tshirt, and sandals. For women it might be as little as a sarong or wrap. There are, of course, days when they cook food outside of the restaurant so you could get and eat your lunch without getting dressed.
Later in the afternoon people move to the hot tub area. There is ample storage space for your clothes, shoes, and other items along with lots of rolled up clean towels. Quite often when people leave the hot tub to return to the rooms they will simply wrap a towel and carry their clothes.
People dress for dinner. At the Pearl restaurant long pants are required along with a dressier sandal with a closed toe (i.e. no flip flops) while at Aphrodite men can wear shorts. Women tend to wear sexy dresses. (Keep in mind that the restaurants are air conditioned). It is fairly common to see both men and women at dinner wearing theme night outfits but the majority seem to change after dinner. I have seen women wearing dresses made from only a small number of chains, see-though tops, tops that don't cover much of anything, and almost anything else you might think of so it really... depends.
After dinner the crowd moves to the lobby area. Here you will see everything from almost complete nudity to fully clothed. There really isn't anything that you could wear- or not wear- that would be too daring.
Hope this helps a bit!
