There was a security guard or police man...not sure which, patrolling the beach. As we lay on the bed, doing nothing else, he made wide circles around the bed, and every few minutes would shine his spot light on us. Despite our love for exhibitionism, we decided we wouldn't risk it, and headed back to our room. We are glad we did! As we told the story the next day at the lobby bar, another guest said that his wife was discreetly giving him a blow job on the beach bed at night, and the security guard tapped her on the shoulder, and handed her a ticket. It was a fine that they had to pay! So, I guess they truly are enforcing the rules.

The first time we were at Desire Los Cabos there was a couple who got the Sex on the Beach package there. We think it was more than $150, because it included a dinner on the beach as well, but they had a bed with a canopy and drapes which were closed for the post-dinner activities, and apparently there was a security guard or two who made sure to keep any curious passerbys away from the bed. We don't know if the RM/Pearl offerings are similar to this or not. DLC only offered relaxing massages, so there were certainly differences while it was open.
