Pearl Head Chef?

Can anyone please tell me the name of the head chef at Pearl Resort and email so we may contact him/her about dietary issues.

Only asked for chef's name at Pearl because in the past years, the D.R. chef had given me his email, and so I emailed him before our trips and were always greatly accommodated when we stayed at D.R...Last summer, we were staying at DR, but were day visitors at Pearl several times that week, told the server/chef what we needed, the food issues were quickly resolved, and every meal was amazingly delicious(even at the sumptuous buffet!)
Just thought we could email any food allergy issues ahead of our next stay at Pearl this year, so could avoid doing that when we were there.

In March at Pearl every time we had dinner in either restaurant, we were asked if we had any food allergies. A nice touch.
