late night pizza

The late night pizza at Pearl was alright. The late night tacos were exceptional. There was a guy on our first trip there in the lobby one night from around midnight til 3am making fresh chicken and steak tacos with cilantro and onion, warm corn tortillas. A few different salsas to top with. Maybe it was the late hour, maybe it was just coming out of the disco after a few hours, maybe it was the booze, but I remember those as the best tacos I've ever had.

Ditto!! I would put the Pearl late night tacos against the RM pizza for sure! They are awesome!

The pizza at RM is EVIL - but awesome after a night at the club and exhaustion from the hot tub - except for the invisible biting things that abound. Glad to hear there is something to eat now at Pearl as well - my wife loves her taco full of beef - yar!

Late night tacos just outside the lobby. We were starving around 1am and they hit the spot! Highly recommend.

The late night snacks at both RM and Pearl are fine, but we still miss the empanada guy outside the disco at Los Cabos. We were four doors down from him and the disco on our first trip and it was soooo good and convenient.
