Is the pool a lap pool or a small one?

Just wondering how long the pool is for swimming some laps in the morning?
Standard 25 ys or smaller? Are the two sides flat and facing each other or is it a curved affair?.
How is the ocean currents to swim in?

Maybemor- Dont know the exact dimensions of the pool, but it is definitely NOT a lap pool. Its kinda kidney shaped, with a very shallow "wading" end, and then gradually gets deeper at the other end. The pool is very nice. I am sure there are pix of the pool on the web site. 8)

Maybemor- Although it isn't a lap pool. I have done them from the deep end towards the wading section. There are cement poles that separate the two sections and I do a flip turn on the poles back towards the deep end. Good luck with those early morning workouts after a night at the "Hot tub."

Well I swam my mile for 4 out of the 7 days and then tapered off. no one gets in the pool before 10am and if they do they hang by the polls. If you swim across the deep end over the dot on the i in Desire it is about 7 arms distance.. going from the deep end to the polls is not to bad unless someone gets in. It was great to swim naked.. Water temp was just about right but varied depending on the wind or cloud cover over night.
