Dinner at Aphrodite -- Pants or Shorts for Men??

We are sure this answer is somewhere on the forum but we thought we would ask again...Last year we swear Men could wear shorts to Aphrodite for dinner but it says online that pants are required. We know pants are required at Pearl, but not sure about Aphrodite. Has anyone been recently that can answer this question for us? We are headed back down next week.

Great question. Last time we were there, we recall shorts were allowed. We're heading back in Dec so it would be great to know whether in fact the dressing

Shorts were allowed in May when we were there.

We've seen men in shorts and in longs. Also have seen them with closed toe shoes and also beach flip flops / open toe sandals.

Maybe it depends on who is on staff at the time and who notices and who will say anything to them or perhaps the 'rules' change from day to day / night to night.

For us, at dinner time it's pants and closed toe shoes for him. To us, we treat each night as date night when we go for dinner and who doesn't dress a little nicer for date night? I dress up - so does he.

Agreed wholeheartedly. I think it loses just a touch of the classy atmosphere if you are in shorts for dinner.

I was there last week and wore nice shorts and polo shirts to dinner every evening at Aphrodite and was not at all out of place. I did wear boat shoes so not sure if there was an open toe shoe rule (flip flops),
