Capacity Levels?

any idea as to what the capacity levels have been month to month this year? just curious.

Tony - Desire doesn't publish hard numbers, but I have yet to see a month in 2010 that has been less than 70+% occupancy

I guess I am unsure how many people the resort holds. When we were in Desire Cabo it is a much smaller resort I believe.

The last half of 2009 was unusually low with the lingering fall out from the Swine Flu thing in April/May of that year.

Desire RM officially has a total of 114 rooms (for most practical purposes the real number is 112 rooms)

So simple math says @ an average weekly occupancy rate of 70% there would be about 77 like minded couples there plus yourselves

You are welcome - btw even though when it was operating as Desire Cabo (now Temptations Cabo) with approx 150 rooms the week on week average was only about 25 to 30% - so the couples count each week for the defunct Desire Cabo location was always fairly low.
