No more pizza at the Lobby Bar

We are currently at the resort and the GM has informed us that the late night pizza/sandwiches are being moved back to the Melange Bar as of tonight based on feedback of this forum and comment surveys.

I'm glad the raccoons are gone. Cute as they may be, they could be pretty nasty - especially when their babies were around.

Did the Raccoons relocate as well?

Sadly a few months back a guest got scarred or scratched or something so the resort removed the raccoons. My wife was devastated when we were there in September she wasn't able to feed her little pets pizza at 3 in the morning.

I'm glad they moved it back to the lobby.

The cats, coons, and coatis have bit or scratched a guest here and there over the years, they then disappear, and later reappear. They'll be back, they always find where the easy food is...

Unless the raccoons were prepared to wheel barrel cement or carry materials, their home behind the lobby bar is gone. That area is now the pathway for workers and material for the new "Premium Suites"

Pizza, BLTs, service and atmosphere all sucked at the new location. It felt like we're eating in a bad Dennys! Thanks for listening GM!

BTW: pool is now open late nights with towels available . Its now a new fun, quiet, cool, romantic, sexy spot!

Yes the high surf really did a job on the beach all the way down the coast to the corner as we tried the walk to Pearl. I posted a couple of shots in the Facebook group for those who have not seen

Wait, we just realized that if management is reading this thread and using it for feedback, it's another chance for us to request a late night empanada station like they had at Los Cabos! We just tried to brainstorm if there was anything else we missed in terms of the facilities at Los Cabos, and it took us a long time to come up with anything else (the fireplaces by the hot tub? The MEGA was convenient but that's not up to the resort) but they were tasty late night snacks!
