My wife is a workout freak please advise s to what time it opens in the morning.

If I remember correctly I've been as early as 7 or 8 am. Just ask when you check in, it's a decent gym with all the equipment you'll need for a decent workout.

Some of the entertainment staff is in there as early as 6am some days so if you catch them they will let you in and you get to hang out with them before breakfast. I did that once. All the other times we were able to walk right in after 7. Not sure if thats because it was the time they opened but its the time I got up.

We managed to get in a couple of workouts in our five days. The gym is a bit small but the equipment was exactly what I was looking for for my workout. The wife does bodyweight exercises and got her workouts in as well.
