You are absolutely right. Some ladies were wearing flower dresses and blouses and guys were using hats and white short-sleeve shirts... nothing aligned to Desire parties... MOst of them decided to wear something else, not related to the theme. My wife decided to wear those stickers covering her nipples and a pareo around her waist. You know, some nights in Havana are very hot
