Has anyone stayed at the new Desire Suites yet?

They are open now. Last week they had a big private party... but we were not invited
They seem to be very nice but for the price and being where they are, IMHO, it does not make much sense to pay that extra money. When you are in the middle of Desire with all that Desire has to offer, do you really need a private suite??? My 2.5 cents...

Agreed, I'd probably do it once if I just had the money to burn - but unless we were hell bent on entertaining a group I doubt I'd do it regularly. Plus our private party would take on some southern charm and turn into an all inclusive "Come on in y'all"!!!

We just got back from our first trip to Desire RM on Sunday. We became great friends with a couple staying in a new Desire Suite. The suites are really nice! If you like having people over to hang out or play they are perfect. They each have a private Jacuzzi that flows into a private pool that connects the four suites. We were able to swim up to the other suites and socialize with them as well. The bed is upstairs and has a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our new friends were gracious enough to let us use their suite for a photo shoot. I would highly recommend booking this suite if you like to entertain and/or if you are doing the sexy photo shoot.
