Different Arrival times okay?

Dues to some scheduling conflicts, my wife is arriving to Cancun a few hours before me. Do you know if she will be allowed to check in ahead of me, or is she able to hang out by the pool while she waits for me to get there? Thanks for your help!!

Generally the answer would be no - in fact she might not make it past the main initial check point as the transfer van gets off the highway.

I'd suggest that you contact Desire reservations or guest services in advance and explain the situation and I'm pretty sure that they might be able to help you with this
