This.
In my head I see the new hire marketing gal who is gung ho to inject fun new themes and activities into the resort schedule! She works with the web department (comprised of Jose who is learning HTML and CSS while he rebuilds washing machines for his father's business). They publish the new schedule on the site and she sends a memo to the resort manager.
The resort manager is busy locating the lost pallet of Don Julio, trying to find someone who will shovel sargasso seaweed for 8 hours a day, and comfort a housekeeper who's mother just passed away. Reading the latest update from Jalena about the new themes is way the f**k down on his list. Maybe he'll remember to print it out and post it in the ET staff room - but maybe he will forget.
Somebody will complain that the Neon Glow party was supposed to be last night so why did they have the Uniform night instead but you know what? Those people will be gone in two days and there will be a fresh batch to take their place.
But I could be wrong...

But probably not. Probably very close to spot on. It's not a good sign if these observations continue to be made, posted and discussed about, and zero response. Let's hope that doesn't happen.
