Where do you keep your room keys?

I didnt know if they use the room key or the bracelets with the sensors in them. Tip money where does that go? Do most women carry a bag or something since I wont have my camera I dont want to mess with anything buy my drink.

The room "keys" are a mag stripe "swipe" card.

You can have the Desire desk staff punch a hole in one corner of it. If you bring a lanyard with a clip on the end attach the card to it and wear it around your neck, wrist or any other handy body part.

Hubby has pockets. The robes have pockets. I carry around a small 'clutch' purse for my 'necessities'. I kind of like the idea of the lanyard and not sure why the resort just doesn't do that for all the 'keys'.

Things have changed a little, not all rooms use keycards anymore, we had a key, which made it kinda funny when the lock cylinder broke and they had to break into the room to fix it.....

As for carrying it, usually someone has a pocket in something, or a beach bag when you're headed to the pool or beach.....

We always carry a small drawstring backpack with our sunscreen, books, camera, etc with us to the pool or beach. We throw the key card in there along with some money for tips.

Ok, there is no other place other than Desire that we would do this......but we usually hide our key right outside our room......LOL

Punch a hole in the card and I slip my swim suit draw string through it and tie it off (whether or not if I'm wearing the suit).

An Altoid tin fits a room key perfectly and you never know when you might need a mint!
