Trouble printing Mexican Customs Form

Does anyone who has traveled recently had problems getting the Mexican Customs form to print from inm.gob.mx website? We have always been able to fill out the entry form prior to arriving but now it seems to have a "pop-up blocker" issue even though I have disabled all pop-up security on my end. Has anything changed? In advance, thank you all for any information you can provide.
